Combining the best of both worlds, this artwork was conceived during COVID-19 lockdown and reflects the push/pull between maintaining an arts practice and domestic sanity. The addition of free-motion stitching adds a tactile element often seen in Giovanna's works, and makes use of what was on-hand during restricted movements.
