I met a little Red Cardinal when I visited Central Park in New York. He was a typical busy New Yorker, going about his business, oblivious of what was happening around him. Cardinals are quite common, of least concern on the IUCN Redlist. Do you think he is aware of the plight of other creatures? Does he know of the struggle of the bees?
